Guwahati:  Assam State Level Police Recruitment Board Chairman Pradeep Kumar taking moral responsibility for the police recruitment exam paper leak that resulted in the cancellation of the written test resigned on Sunday.

Pradeep Kumar is a retired IPS officer of 1984 batch.

Assam Police have already nabbed 13 people on charges of being involved in the question paper leak case. Two of the prime accused in the case, former DIG PK Dutta and BJP leader Diban Deka are absconding.
