AGARTALA: Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb is facing a revolt from a section of his own MLAs who want a change in party leadership and want him to be removed as CM for his loose comments which has embarrassed his own party workers.
The group led by former health minister of the state and BJP MLA Sudip Roy Barman are camping at Delhi and has sought appointments with party chief JP Nadda, and the general secretary BL Santosh. Speaking to the media the MLAs said that he has support from at least 12 legislators, who are unhappy with the functioning of Chief Minister and they want a change in leadership.
